Next The kids went to play at the park where Gabi broken her arm after Dropping frm a monkey bar! I didn't realize monkeys broke their arms, but ours did!

Gabi has a broken arm!

You may or may not have heard that Gabi broke her arm. She fell at a playground last Saturday and broke both bones in her arm. It is called a Buckle Fracture., which means that the bones buckled upon the other creating a kind of hump in both bones. It fixes itself as her arm grows. She is in a full length cast and cannot get it et, which is our trickiest part so far. The plan is for her to wear the cast for 4-6 weeks or until the ortho tells us otherwise. Gabi is doing amazing! I think an adult has a much worse time..she has adapted so well and almost ever complains about it! Kids are AMAZING!
